Filtering software update on the mail relays

We will update the mail filtering software on our mail relays.
No service disruption is expected: the relays are redundant and are updated one at a time, with the remaining relay handling mail in the meantime. The work changes how the relays process mail, so we are tracking it here; if a problem were to occur, mail would be delayed, not lost.
